I am a writer at the midfield of life. My happy place has a blank page, my thoughts and a Thesaurus.

Geocaching is my go to impromptu adventure. Always up for a secret scavenger hunt and the reward of finding the hidden treasure countless people walk by unaware it is there. So many things in life are like that.

I am the parent of an almost adult and here are so many feels with that that I’m sure I’ll be adding another category soon.  He is awesome and I am so incredibly proud of him. I love being his mom.

In the fall I’ll be found in front of a TV rooting for our beloved Buckeyes. OH-IO!

A winter day is best spent curled up in pajamas beside my Husky/Shepherd, drinking a cup of hot cocoa  and reading a book - or writing.

Summer is my favorite season of all. Floating in a pool with warm sun on my face is so good for my soul (which I am so very grateful has been saved by Grace).

Seeing another shooting star is a hot item on my bucket list. Actually, I want to see a shower of shooting stars. Going to be greedy, thank you very much. I saw one- one- during a meteor shower. Waited hours for that sucker. But it was so worth it! It was spectacular and I want to see more. A lot more.

I love dragonflies, glitter and daises.

If I were an animal, I would want to be an otter.

And I am learning to embrace and lean in to my Midfield Moxie. Time for far less striving and much more enjoying. Game on.
